We saw a TikTok video about House Of Cards and we instantly knew we had to try and go. We were only going to be in town for a day and we had no idea what to do. The food was way too expensive for the quality and lack of creativity, but the fun shows and atmosphere partially made up for this.ģ weeks ago my boyfriend and I took a last minute trip to Nashville. They were definitely a good end to the evening. The close-up magic shows were also lots of fun. The audience was pretty drunk, so there were some funny moments. There were some eye-rolling Dad card tricks.
The service was adequate although I wish the server had been more proactive about getting us more wine before our filets came to the table. But I hardly think House of Cards wants their signature dish to be their fries. We all commented on how good the fries were. One of our guests ordered the half chicken and didn't eat much of it.
I ordered mine medium rare and got it medium rare. For the main course, three of us order the filet. The mussels weren't great themselves: most of them tiny and stringy. The mussels were ruined by a heavy, over-oily chorizo and tomato ragu. The scallops were so salty I should have sent them back. We ordered the scallops and the mussels for appetizers. Secreted away in the basement of the Johnny Cash museum, House of Cards has the feeling of a trendy speakeasy. Reservations required for dining room, walk-ins welcome at bar subject to dress code.
